Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind said entity to these terms.
2. Pricing, Payments & IP Transfer
Service fees are calculated based on the project scope and slide volume ($12–$17 per slide). Intellectual Property (IP) Rights for all final deliverables remain with SlideVGI until 100% of the agreed project fees are cleared. Upon full payment, all usage and ownership rights are transferred to the Client.
3. Revision Scope & Delivery
SlideVGI provides unlimited revisions for the duration of the project, provided the requests fall within the original agreed scope. Significant changes to direction or content after work has commenced may be subject to additional fees.
4. Force Majeure & Overnight Promise
Our "Overnight Delivery" is a commitment to speed. However, SlideVGI shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, global internet disruptions, or delayed asset provision by the Client.
5. Client Indemnification
The Client warrants that all materials provided (images, data, logos) are owned by the Client or licensed for use. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold SlideVGI harmless against any legal claims or expenses arising from third-party copyright infringement related to Client-provided content.
6. Limitation of Liability & Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideVGI's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or services rendered shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
