For the purpose of presentation design services, the Client acts as the Data Controller, and SlideVGI acts as the Data Processor. We only process the information provided by you (the Client) to fulfill the design requirements of your project.
3. Information Collection & Usage
We collect data submitted via our "Get Project Estimation" tool and Contact Form. This includes business contact information and project-specific assets. We use this data exclusively for service delivery, quote generation, and project communication.
4. Confidentiality & Global NDA Compliance
SlideVGI acknowledges that client presentations often contain sensitive, non-public strategic data. We maintain strict internal controls. We are committed to executing formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for all corporate engagements. Our employees and authorized contractors are bound by legally enforceable confidentiality obligations.
5. International Data Transfers
As a global agency, data may be processed in India or on secure cloud servers globally. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, ensuring your data remains protected regardless of location.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain project files for a period of 12 months post-completion to facilitate future revisions, unless a Client requests immediate deletion of all source assets upon project closure.
